VCorp Holdings is the name under which Spotbo, Inc. trades for its portfolio of software products. The two names refer to the same company. Charges for any product appear on statements as SPOTBO, INC..

The publisher prepares the content of this website with reasonable care. It gives no assurance that the content is complete, current, or free from error, and it is under no general obligation to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on its behalf.

Where the publisher becomes aware of a specific infringement, it will remove the content concerned without undue delay. Liability in this respect attaches only from the point at which the publisher obtains knowledge of the infringement.

This website links to the publisher’s own product websites, and may reference websites operated by third parties. The publisher exercises no control over the content of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for it. At the time any link was established, no unlawful content was apparent.

The products listed on the products page are brands operated by Spotbo, Inc.. They are not separate legal persons. Spotbo, Inc. contracts with the customer, supplies the service, takes the payment, and answers for it, whichever product site the order was placed from.

A product may publish its own service agreement governing how the software is used. The sale itself is governed in every case by the Terms of Sale and the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy published here.

Complaints about a purchase should be sent to contact@vcorp.co, which is answered within one business day. The publisher is not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not undertake to do so, but resolves billing complaints directly and refunds where a charge should not have been taken — see the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy.
