Controller
The controller responsible for the processing described in this document is:
Scope
This document concerns this website only. Companies within the group determine the purposes and means of their own processing and publish their own privacy documentation.
This website contains no account system, no forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking technologies. It does not profile visitors and takes no automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Data processed
Server log data. When you request a page, the hosting infrastructure processes technical data necessary to deliver it, including IP address, request time, requested resource, referrer, user agent, and response status. This is a standard and unavoidable feature of internet communication.
Correspondence. If you write to an address published on this website, the message and any personal data it contains are processed to handle your enquiry.
Purposes and legal bases
Server log data is processed to deliver the website, maintain its integrity and security, and diagnose faults. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in operating a secure and functioning website, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Correspondence is processed to respond to the enquiry. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller in answering enquiries addressed to it under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or, where the enquiry concerns a prospective contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Recipients
Hosting and content delivery are provided by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, acting as a processor under a data processing agreement. Email correspondence is processed by the controller’s email provider in the same capacity.
Personal data is not sold, rented, or disclosed for the commercial purposes of any third party.
International transfers
Delivery of this website may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that occurs, transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism recognised under Chapter V GDPR.
Retention
Server log data is retained only as long as necessary for security and diagnostic purposes, and is then deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies any individual.
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet applicable retention obligations, and is deleted thereafter.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@vcorp.co. No fee applies. The controller may request information sufficient to confirm your identity.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. Exercising this right does not affect any other administrative or judicial remedy available to you.
Provision of data
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Server log data arises automatically from the technical process of requesting a page and cannot be suppressed while the website is in use.
Amendment
This document may be amended to reflect changes in processing or in applicable law. The reference and version shown in the header identify the current text.
